We understand that guests are on their feet for hours, chasing sets, exploring art, and moving through long days and late nights. Our goal is to provide food that is deeply satisfying while still feeling balanced and energizing.

Meet the Mama

Hi, I’m Bianca — founder of Bombay Burritos.

​

My festival food journey began as The Dal y Mama, serving vegan Indian lentil bowls at music and food festivals. What started as a simple idea rooted in nourishing food quickly became an education in the realities of large-scale events.

​

After years of working festivals, observing demand, and refining operations, I recognized the need for something more creative and better suited to the pace of festival life.

The Dal y Mama laid the foundation. Bombay Burritos is the evolution.

Today, we proudly serve Bombay Indian Burritos — bold Indian flavors wrapped into a handheld format designed for movement. Our streamlined booth systems allow guests to order quickly and receive their food without missing the music or spending unnecessary time standing in line.

 

Built for high-volume environments, our team is prepared to serve over 1,000 guests each day while maintaining consistency, organization, and care in every order.
